9am-morning shake(2C ff milk,1C oatmeal,2 scoops
protein mix, 1C light yogurt, husk fiber,
2tbsp flax oil.
workout
11am-p/w shake (50%whey,25%malto,25%dext,glut.)
noon-1 can tuna,1C oatmeal, 1c milk, 2 scoops whey
2:30pm- 12-14oz tri-tip steak...
