diet was as follows:-
Mon to thurs diet (wednesdays i drop the MRP at 6:30 prior to cardio):-
6:30- CARDIO
7:00 - Protein shake
8:45 - pint of skimmed milk and bowl of "millet rice oatfloran flakes"(10g of fibre/100g!) or 100g oats
11 - Probiotic yogurt and 40g...
thanks bro, looking to drop another 2-3kg then hopefully i will be perfectly primed for my first cycle and grow like a weed...
as for cutting assistance i used clen and salbutamol for an appetite suppressant (i get real bad munchies from clen), 20 mins cardio first thing everyday and 20 mins...
