I think im changing my routine to 3 days a week which would work one routine twice in one week then 1 the next so it looks like this
Day 1: routine 1
Day 2:off
day 3: routine 2
day 4: off
day 5:routine 1:
day 6&7: OFF
Day 8: routine 2
day 9:off
day 10: routine 1
day 11:off
day 12: routine 2...
