I've lifted for 2 years, much of it doing SS 3x5.
I'm now looking to move into a PPL routine, one that'll primarily help me improve on the big compounds.
I'd like feedback on the workout I've come up with. I'm going to run it 4 days -- i.e. Mon-Pull, Tues-Push, Wed-Off, Thurs-Legs, Fri-Pull...
