I would look in a local bargain finder print copy. I have found very good deals looking in there. I got a $1000 treadmill for $300 that was only used for about a month (no kidding eh?). I was pretty pumped. It is a quality machine too as it has the incline and everything.

I would lower the carbs by about 50-60 on non-lifting days. The diet looks pretty well-laid out all in all though. I personally am not one to use whey before bed. I know its only half of your meal, but I like to choose wholefood exclusively before bed. I think whey is just in and out too fast...
