Yeah Meridia does not cause the "oily discharge" as it does not reduce the body's absorption of lipids. It actually effects brain chemistry (serotonin and norepheneprine uptake) to reduce the feeling of hunger.

I think my carbs were too low. Water intake has been sufficient. Also taking Iron and had some red meat for lunch. The diziness sucked becuase it lasted so long. While I was at home in the tub. I had to get out and lay down, then it went away. 1st time in my life working out made me feel so bad.
