Why would we want something that worked instantly? That would make it pretty difficult to sustain a clientele base wouldn't it? The idea is to keep what you have and grow, not give them instant results so that they don't need to pay us anymore. :worried:

Kids fitness is not a big money maker. It's similar to your local Karate dojo. They always have a few kids that come in consistently, but never enough to expand the dojo. There's limited possiblity with kids.
The old days may be gone, when you could make six figures working for 24 hour fitness. Now it's really tough to make a good living selling memberships and managing a club.
