    post-workout meal late-night

    OK, I finish working out at about 6:00. Immediately I have a shake with whey, 1 bananna, 1 tablespoon of flax seed oil, and skim milk. I've heard to space out my protein consumption by two hours.     I've been buying the Quaker Quick Oats. When I first bought them I compared the label with the regular Quaker oatmeal. No difference. Why are some people saying stay away from the instant, or in this case quick, oats? There isn't any sugar, so what's the problem?
