There's no issues at all until it's actually mixed.. You don't have to keep the sealed amp in the fridge.. It's when you mix it that the clock starts ticking.. That's when you keep it in the fridge, and make sure you use Bac water too.

If it's your 1st cycle you really could just do the 250mg a week. And with that low of a dose, it's doubtful you'd need any adex, especially since you have nolva already in the rare case anything like gyno does happen

You gotta take tren EOD at least, it has a short half-life. 50mg EOD would be a mild dose, and I'd say 200mg EOD would be strong, probably even higher w/ some guys. Some people dose it ED, so you'd obviously just cut those numbers in half.
