    i love chains.....and bands are good too - your opinion??

    i use both, not together though. where did you come up with the workout your doing there? cause the blue is way too much tension on top and you dont have enough weight on your chest to be an effective speed bench imho. i bench 400 raw and only use the mini purple bands with 185-225 on the bar...

    yup, but im tortured every time i deadlift with my partner, and i want it to work for me sooo bad. He deads alot less than me conventional, but sumo he adds ATLEAST 100lbs to his deadlift, its rediculous. i need to work with my form a little and i think i can make it work. next week.....
