    Your elbows need to get much higher on the power clean (I have the same problem). Your tricep should be parallel with the ground.

    Supposedly the knees aren't supposed to go past the toes. I however unfortunately haven't been able to accomplish this no matter what weight i am squatting.

    I don't really think the ration is 99%/1%. Create a poll if you like. I would say it's closer to 50%/50%, especially based on those who have actually used it.

    Video from today's workout

    I'm not expert in Olympic lifting, but one thing that I really liked about your snatch was your bar speed after the knee. Until the knee your pull is relatively steady but after that it just explodes bigtime. Nice lifts. :)
