I'm looking for a four day split and for some reason I can't figure out how I want to do it. I do want the program to include the following:
Squats
Deadlifts
Flat Bench Press
Incline Bench Press
Dips
Power Cleans (no jerks though)
Standing Overhead Press
Dynamic Rows
Chinups
Curls
Calve Raises...
Supposedly the knees aren't supposed to go past the toes. I however unfortunately haven't been able to accomplish this no matter what weight i am squatting.
If this is the Bodybuilding Truth by Nelson Montana, you are wasting your time. I'm surprised you paid for it too. There are PDF version of it floating around on other site.
I don't really think the ration is 99%/1%. Create a poll if you like. I would say it's closer to 50%/50%, especially based on those who have actually used it.
I'm not expert in Olympic lifting, but one thing that I really liked about your snatch was your bar speed after the knee. Until the knee your pull is relatively steady but after that it just explodes bigtime. Nice lifts. :)
