Quick question, maybe a silly one

So I've been on TRT for 9 weeks now, 100 mg test cyp a week
Awhile back based on early blood tests, my doc said I was probably a
Primary.
Now I know they always say u should have blood tests for levels in the AM
But if I'm not actually producing testosterone, does it actually matter?

Seeing as the "normal" people have a T level that is at its highest in the morning, to see if you really are low, then this is the best time to test. Plus, if you do this then no one can argue that you really do have low T levels? I dunno, this seems to make sense to me...

But I already know that even if I could still produce test, my production
Is probably shut down now.
If u produce naturally your levels are highest in the morning, but I was asking
If this changes if your only source of testosterone is injections.
Since if were on injections, our bodies aren't producing while we sleep

Its very rare that you will produce absolutely NO test. The exception would be if you were taking exo test which would shut down natural production. If you want test levels checked while your on hrt, then you should have blood drawn the day before your going to get an injection.

This is not what I'm asking guys. Lol
I know that my natural test levels are next to nothing.
I'm asking if the body works the same while on injections as a source of test
Does the body increase levels of testosterone (from the injection)
While we sleep, therefore the need to have blood tests in the AM
Or while were on TRT injections does the body keep a sOmewhat stable
Of test throughout the day

I understand it this way:

Natty Test, levels fluctuate during the day, with peak levels being in the early AM (All agreed)
Exo Test, Levels peak after injection and then taper down until next injection (half life etc) The body cannot influence the amount of test in the body, the T depot (the oil base) does this. The body can regulate Free T via E etc...Therefore, as Zyglamail suggests, you should have your bloods done the day before your next T pin, as this will be the day when your T levels are at their lowest (again, the halflife)...

So to answer your question (Longwinded I know :) ) No, your body does not increase Test during the day whilst on Exo T, these levels are determined by the half life, and the usable portion of that T is then determined by your E, SHBG etc.

Clear as Mud? ;)

You are producing. I am tested early in the morn with no food for 12 hours before. No sex either. This way my numbers are produced within the same conditions each time. I watch the numbers and the change from last time.
