The ideal amount of deca?

Hi, im 190cm, 112kg. I'v done some cycles the past 3 yrs. I eat 5400kcal a day, 450gr protein, 450gr carb, 200gr fat...

I will run a Testo E and Deca cycle now, and add some low dose of Masteron E (200mg ew) if i get some gyno symptoms.

This is what i think:

1-13 750mg Test E
1-11 400mg Deca

or

1-13 750mg Test E
1-11 600mg Deca

(will maybe add some orals in the end of the cycle like: 8-13 50mg winny)

No need for going any higer on the Deca?

I have run Test E at 500mg ew with NPP 350mg ew before, but I think i need to upper the Testo E dose because I do not get that much effect from 500mg ew any more.

I just wonder what people think is the ideal amount of deca for me?

Bro either way thats a lot of Deca. Be absolutly certian of your PCT BEFORE you begin this cycle as this is gonna most likely shut you down HARD!

I would say none because i dislike deca but if you insist 300-500 wk make sure you have dop-ag on hand incase of progest sides

ur suppose to do 1:2 ratio test to deca..if u do 500mgs a week of test do 250-300 of deca..no more then 300 is really needed no matter what IMO..decca is powerful to much is exactly that to much

Okey so i will be fine with:
1-13 800mg Test E
1-11 400mg Deca
?

And do you feel the deca alot at 400mg? Do it build alot? or do you guys use it for joint pain?

That is more of a hypothesis than a theory.
I am not a huge fan of deca, I see no reason to go over 3-400mg's of deca for most people at any test dose.
Use with caution and run Test for a full month after to be safe.
I prefer EQ over Deca because of similar results and less sides.
