I recently read 2.5-11mg per day so basically you are right. It may vary ever so slightly from study to study but that seems to b the range

what ester are you using?, if you are using enanthate then the ester is about 45% of the weight, so if you are dosing test e at 200mg/week (28mg/day) you are only getting 12.6mg of actual testosterone per day which is close to what someone might produce naturaly.

If you were shooting 28mg/day of test suspension it would be a whole different story.
