I've never done a cutting cycle per se. If one is 170lbs & over 5'4, then YOU DO NOT NEED TO CUT. I see many 'bodybuilders' grinding out set after set of tricep kickbacks & leg xtensions. These same guys are 5'11, 175lbs (if that) & quite frankly look like swimmers or volleyball players. the 1st priority should be to increase muscle size/strength, while controling fat of course & THEN LATER cutting. Sorry for the rant.
