Hello all,

I'm looking to move forward in my training and would like some suggestions on how to do so.

Quick background:

I was for the most part consistently lifting for around 5 years naturally until I had a 3rd degree shoulder separation last April. While waiting for it to heal I gained a bunch of weight going from a healthy 190 to a fat 204. When I first started working out I weighed around 175, but got to a steady 190 after a few years.

Last November I started lifting again hard. I decided to take a 4 week cycle of PP's 1-t. I'm going on 3 weeks of PCT which I might not have needed, but I wanted to be cautious. I did pretty good because after my cycle I had cut a lot of fat, but still gained weight clocking in at 215.

I am 27
Weigh 215
Round 6'1
My diet is not great, but not at all bad and I could easily fix this.

Any ideas on my next step. I appreciate all advice given. I have been doing a lot of investigating, but I'm still a little lost on where to go from here. I am interested in getting to around 225-230 with bigger strength gains.

Attached are before/after pics of my 4 week 1-t cycle

are you trying to cut more fat, or build muscle?

if your looking to build, do you want otc stuff or steroids?

whats a days diet look like for you?

Build muscle. I'm trying to go from 215 to 225-230. I'll worry about the six-pack later.

I was thinking steroids, but I wanted to see if you guys thought that made sense for a guy in my position. Due to inexperience or what not.

I don't currently count my calories, but try to eat as much as possible. Definitely over 200 grams of protein. I inhale atleast 3,500 calories though, and try to eat around 5 meals throughout the day.

Judging form your pics, you have a good frame but need to just get in better shape. I'd say the emphasis for a while should be your training and diet and adding some supps. You can make tremendous progress starting from where you're starting.

What supps would you suggest, and how long would you say I should wait?

work out your diet. get more protein. how about a layout of a typical days food with times. just guess on portion sizes. once your diet is in place then move on to the sups.
