Hey guys, couple questions here.
Firstly, I don't feel like I'm gaining much strength on my workouts, lifting 3-5 times per week, even compared to what I used to. I have been taking SuperPump 250 before the workout, then an Optimum whey shake directly after, then at night ont he days I work out before bed, an Optimum Casein Shake. Should I take a shake directly before working out too? A hey or Casein? Still do the Superpump?
Secondly, I am also looking to cut/get rid of some fat too. Is the ole ECA stack the best option since I do cardio and lifting? Anything else to add, or something else altogether? best place to find it?
TIA guys, have about 3 months till my wedding, and want to look the best I can on that day.
