Losing the fat

So I have been off this forum and away from working out now for almost 2 years. I don't want to say that I'm starting again due to a new years resolution cause I'm not. I've been eating clean now for about 2 months and I've lost a decent amount of fat. I don't own a scale so I really can't say how much I've lost in terms of weight but my concern isn't with a scale anyways I'm more concerned with bf% (and no I don't own calipers either).

Either way I don't have a gym membership so my workouts consist of pushups, pullups, situps, and lunges. My cardio consists of jogging for 30 minutes eod.

I have my diet in order but I would like an extra boost to help cut the fat. Can some of you recommend something solid that you have used in the past? I know most of you on here are in the gym most of the time and are looking to pack on the muscle as much as you are cutting up. If anyone on here has any experience in what I'm looking for in particular please chime in and help.

I would appreciate any help. And btw the reason for the no gym membership is simply due to the high cost in my area and I only have 1 option for a gym anywhere close.

I have used lipoflame before and the only thing its really done for me is made me jittery. I drink black coffee twice a day so I really am not looking for something that is just loaded with caffeine.

Has anyone used RPN DCP to comment on that product? Also 25mg of Ephedrine is that a lot? I don't know much about Ephedrine but the warnings on the label of Yellow Bullet scare me a little.
 
LIPOSTIM 3 is caffeine Free and Lipoflame with that you can combo and use a lower dose of Lipoflame, thats exactly what Im doing right now and I can tell yuou I have never felt better, even on ECA stacks. OMEGA has tweaked the formulas, I dont work for him or his company, but you should really try 2 caps of LipoStim and 3 caps of Lipoflame for AMAZING RESULTS without the "cracked out" feeling :-)

Just a suggestion because there are GREAT deals on the stuff now and it is improved over previous versions! Im LOVING them, especially LIPOSTIM being FREE of CAFFEINE!

ALSO if LIPOFLAME made you jittery, you will most likely HATE EPHEDRA, ECA stacks CRACK ME OUT big time! Its like ADDERALL lol

Lipostim is caffeine free, but still gives you really great energy without jitters. I use flame too, but stim is still my personal favorite.

Hey Bro, I will agree with Both Orbit on the DCP, and the AGX supplements top quality, but I want to know your diet if that's possible? Could you write down what you're eating how much and so on with your weight(I know you don't have a scale) and age? I know it's a lot to ask but I'm pretty sure I can help. Also I know we can set up cardio for you that wouldn't take any more time you do during the week or even more times a week but would be a lot more effective then just a SS cardio that you're doing.

Congrats on getting back on track after being out of it for so long! It's really tough so I commend you for it! I promise you put those things on here and I'll guarantee we get you some gnarly results!!!
 
Hey Rick thanks for those suggestions and the help. Here is my diet:

Meal 1 (7am) - Shredded wheat 1 cup w/ fat free milk, 1/2 grapefruit
Meal 2 (9:30am) - 1 pack instant oatmeal sugar free plain, 3 large eggs, banana
Meal 3 (12pm) - brown rice 1 cup, chicken breast, broccoli or asparagus
Meal 4 (2:30pm) - salmon, green beans, baked potato
Meal 5 (5pm) - Sirloin or filet, aspargus or brocolli
Meal 6 (7:30pm) - can of tuna, salad

That is what my meal plan looks like (probably something like 2300 calories).

My height is 5'9" and my current weight is 176 according to the scale i stepped on yesterday aftenoon.
 
At 5'9" and 176 how fat could you be? Not trying to be nasty, but you could boost some protein into all of your meals and look to add muscle and the fat would come off naturally, without any supplementation. If you're concern is body fat %, then building muscle is definitely the way to go over trying to loss weight, IMO.
 
To be honest I dont know by bf%. I can tell you for certain I'm no where near a 6 pack. Measuring my stomach at my belly button relaxed it measures 36.5" which is pretty big in my opinion. My goal is to drop bf% to under 10% by May. I think this achievable I just want to know the most efficient way. And like I said before I don't have the option of going to the gym right now so I started following Scoobys Home Bodybuilding Workouts beginner workout.
