i hit the gym today after about 2 weeks off and killed chest bis and back and tris and had plenty of energy..
as i said i have add and it makes me feel good
thats one helluva workout.. were you there for 4 hours?
i do 3 scoops and then drink the drink throughout my training to sustain the energy.
you might check out some beta alanine too. i take 2-3 of those about an hour before i go to the gym. it is the only beta amino and increases muscle carnosine levels which prevents muscle fatigue. helps you squeeze out a couple more reps.
