Sup Everyone!....Does this daily routine look good? I added a few things. Thanks to all that respond. I wouldn't ask for your opinion if I didnt need it. Thanks again and Merry Christmas!:):)

6AM Cardio
6:30 - Breakfast with; 1 cap hcg, 2 caps gear, 25mg sarms, 1 cap Burner, 1 GNC vitapak, 1 cap 11-oxo, 1 cap E-stane
9:00 - 2 caps gear, 1 hcg
10:30 - Snack
12:30 - Lunch with; 1 cap hcg, 1 cap Burner, 2 caps gear
2:00 - Snack
3:00 - 2 caps gear, 1 cap hcg
5:30 - 25mg sarms, 2 caps gear, 1 cap hcg
6:30 - Pre-workout - 1/2 cup oatmeal
7:30 - Weight training
8:30 - Muscle Replen, Dinner
10:00 - Bedtime, 1 cap 11-oxo, 1 cap E-stane

that looks like a really good stack. Up the protein on the S4:chomp:

Definitely up the protein intake but through the day and not just per meal, meat being the best source, S4 will greatly amplify the nitrogen retention/protein synthesis from the protein one consumes.
 
I think the recommended dosage for 220mg is 3 caps of 11-oxo and not 1 cap. I made a mistake. If I split it up breakfast/lunch/dinner, and split up the E-stane to the same pattern, would this be best? Thanks!

The questions I really have are with the dosage of the 11-oxo and the E-stane, and if you see any other problems in my routine please let me know.

Spreading the dosage is always ideal bro.
 
I feel like I am going to be taking a ton of pills....thats the only thing I am not looking for ward to. I just don't want to go overkill on my first stack. I want to do it clean and right. Am I doing this right?

Yea screw it.....I do need to drink more water. P.S. Do I need any cycle support/assist with the supplements I am taking? I know I will have to take a pct but do I need support for my liver, ect.

ALWAYS have supporting supps along with a proper pct.
