Cycle and Diet Help/Advice

I finally decided on my next cycle, its gonna look a little like this.

Test E 300mgs EW weeks 1-10
Tren E 300mgs EW weeks 1-10
Dbol 40mgs ED weeks 1-4
Nolvadex/HCG PCT

I need some help revising this, but I'm going with Test E and Tren E for sure. I have done both at the same dose before, but only ran the Tren for 5 weeks. My goals are to not gain a lot of water or fat on cycle (thinking about adding 10mgs nolvadex a day or letro for this, which would be better, and is it even necessary - maybe for gyno prevention too?) I don't want to add too much massive bulk, this will be more of a cutting/hardening cycle, so do you think I should even bother throwing the dbol in there, or will that add too much bloat for my purposes? Also, I know most people would opt for more test, but like I said I'm not going for too much mass.

And here's where I need the most help. My diet. I've never really made a planned out diet, I just do basic calorie intake counting and keep it very clean. Any advice on diet for this cycle? My main foods I would have available to me are: chicken breasts, white fish, hamburger, steak, oats, rice, vegies, fruits, and protein shakes of course. Can anyone give me advice on what a typical day should look like? And how many calories? Protein/carb ratios, etc? Anything else I should have for sure?

I know I'm asking for lots of help, but trust me I've done my research and have experience, just not as much as most of you guys. I want to make sure I have everything as perfect as I can get it. No point if half assing it right?

My stats:
23 YO, 5'10", 185lbs, 8%bf (and would like to keep it that way, or lower)

Leave the tren out, not for unexperienced? Not your first cycle?

You sound very lean so 40mgs of dbol is a lot , esp for a guy your size, maybe 20mgs if u don't wanna bloat.
Don't run any ai's during cycle, unless u need them.
Macro's: protein,carbs, fats something like, 250, 250, 60-80. Split into 5 meals.

If you're not looking to add water weight then the d-bol has to go...if this is your 3rd cycle you should now that,
it's Juicin' 101

I'd also suggest Tren A vs. E...either way 8 weeks is enough with test for 10...

The foods you listed are great, if you use them properly. Meaning that they have to be prepared the right way. The George Foreman Grill is your best friend.

Here's the basic math on caloric intake: if you want to gain, eat more than you are now. If you want to lose, eat less. Based on your goals I would probably decrease the calories slightly, eating every 2.5 hours, maybe rotating carbs. (I say that cuz it worked for me)

Might come down to a little trial and error

Long term goals are strength, muscle hardness, and lower bf. I don't know why everyone says to eat more, no one stops to think that maybe I like being at 185. I'm also an amateur boxer, so I have weight classes to pay attention to.

Why does everyone think weight is all that matter anyway? I would MUCH rather say I'm 5'10" 185lbs and 7% bf than say I'm 5'10", 210lbs and 15% bf. Everyone has different goals, and mine is not to look like the incredible hulk and not be able to take my shirt off when I shower after the gym.

I'll be running test + tren with bromo on cycle and nolva on hand.
