Introduction and help with cycle

Hey guys, I'll try to make this short and sweet, but I feel like people never give enough info. when asking for help so i'll try to be thorough! I'm 33 years old, been lifting since I was about 15. I have done 4 cycles in my mid 20's, don't remember exactly what they were(don't flame past cycles please! lol)....but something along the lines of...

....first was just test (sust)...second was finna-plex(does that sound right?) with some test/dbol....third was some deca/winny/test...fourth was test/d-bol etc...i may have some of those combo's mixed up and don't remember the dosages...so that's probably not much help(sorry)...I don't remember exactly as I had a friend helping me. They were all relatively short cycles, 8-12 weeks.

At my biggest I was quite lean around 245 at 6'0 tall. I responded very well to my cycles without crazy amounts. As of today I hover around 210-215, quite lean, and I train regularily. Its been about 6 years since my last cycle and I am looking to step up my training.

As of now I have-
100 caps 20 mg d-bol
100caps 25mg winstrol
50 caps 50mg clomid
25 ml 25mg tomoxifen citrate
and then the little things...milk thistle, ala, glucosamine/chondroitin.

I feel like I have been out of loop for a long time so....

what should I add and how to put it all together is my big question?
 
I would try to get some test (enan/cyp) and run at 500mg/week for 10 weeks. Dbol in the first 4 weeks at 40mg/day.
Winny at 50mg/day from week 8 to 12. Clomid for pct.

That's what I would do anyways for bulking.

Also, it's finaplex / trenbolone acetate.

If you're looking to step up your training, why are you posting in the AAS forum?

Most importantly (and this goes for everyone making this kind of post) Please don't post "I have *this* make me a cycle. If you can't take the time and effort to learn about compounds, then chances are you won't make the effort in the gym or in the kitchen. This is not fun and games here, AAS is some serious shit, please treat it as such

Hey Hugelifter, thanks man...that's similar to what I was thinking...wasn't sure where to use the winstrol though. Also not sure about the tomoxifen...lots of guys on here don't think its worth the trouble...?

Ez-e...do I really need to explain goals? Lean muscle/strength man...not doing a show. Don't be that guy that disects posts to make new members feel stupid. If new members were expected to just read and not post...then not many contributing new members and minimal new posts. I apologize if its Tabboo to ask for help putting together a cycle. Just wanted to fit in;)

The reasons goals matter is because different compounds and dose amounts are better suited for different goals. If all you have is primo, winstrol, and deca and you want to bulk up, those arent the best for that. Also if all you have is anadrol and test and you want to gain 5-10 pounds of lean mass thats probably not the best either.

Yes, you need to explain goals

And you missed the point of my response (which wasn't specific towards you) asking for help is totally allowed and encouraged...

Asking for someone to do the work for you generally shows a lack of effort which is not a good match with diet, training, and AAS....

Not knowing what you put into your body in the past also shows a lack of effort...

However, what certain posts show and what is reality can be 2 different things...So I'm sure you are hitting it hard in the gym

My recommendation for you goals:

Test Prop & Mast 50mgs ED/10 weeks
Beastdrol (if you can still get it) as a kick start 30-40 mg's/ED for the 1st 3-4 weeks
Winny for the last 3-4 weeks


Based on your goals I'd save the D-bol for a bulker
