Your Thoughts on This Cycle

Do you guys think that this will be an effective cycle?

Week 1-3 20mg Anavar e/d
50mg Winstrol e/d

week 4 40mg Amavar e/d
50 mg Winstrol e/d

week 5-9 50mg Winstrol e/d

week 9-12 50 mg clomid e/d

i will also run milk thistle in my post cycle. please give me your opinions on this cycle...i also do not want to jab myself for this cycle... also, does winny give any good strength gains?
 
that is a bad plan. what is your age, sex, weight, bf% ?
 
anavar and winstrol alone will fuck up your cholesterol, so taking them at the same time isn't the best of ideas. especially since (i assume) you're just doing it to look better. are looks worth a possible heart attack to you? i would suggest a low dose test cycle with either one of those, but not both if your just starting out (or any other time for that matter unless you're willing to pay the consequences). the fat burning power of test is often overlooked...

5'10-m-20- 178lbs 13.7% b/f - 6x/week training
day 1 chest
day 2 bis/tris
day 3 back
day 4 shoulders
day 5 legs
day 6 cardio and abs
day 7 rest
i also do 20 mins cardio and minor abs e.o.d.. Im trying to put on some lean muscle mass while lowering body fat%. i want to get it down to at least 10.5%

as for diet, I eat about 175g protein a day and aprox 200 carbs/day... carbs vary b/c i like to go high carbs once and a while for good energy... also approx 35 grams of fat or less per day

would you reccommend another cycle for my desired gains?..i would prefer an oral substitute
 
what are your desired gains? from what i'm assuming i would suggest that you just get over the pinning issue as quickly as possible (i know it's a big step) because they are safer than orals in a lot of instances. what i recommend and can guarantee results with is:

250-500mg's every week of test for 12 weeks
one oral of your choosing.

to be honest though, your diet needs work. it sounds like your not taking in NEARLY enough calories to grow on.

I really have to go with Sweed on this one. I know it's prolly not the answer you want but it's the long term effects that we are all concerned about. Plus on the brightside you really haven't taken full advantage of diet to gain as much as you could! Seriously up the protein by like 100-150g and up some good fats and with the amount of workload you do during the week you will get great gains without puttin on fat! Either way, good to have you on EF and keep us informed!
 
sorry man for your own good its against the rules here to give steroid advice to you.

start doing some research into the subject. try to perfect your diet and training. then when your body is ready you will be ready.
 
In my effort to beat a dead horse; that "cycle" is a mess and you're too young...

However there is some good news, you have come to EF and the diet and training forums will get you on the road tp accomplishing your goals...

The gear will still be there when you're ready
