What The Hell Is Wrong With My legs !!!

Need a little help solving a problem, Im just coming off my Beastdrol cycle which by the way If anybody has any doubts about it shouldnt the stuff works, Iv gotten crazy results and strength gains.

My legs especially my hamstrings have been cramping so bad during my leg days, Im drinking a gallon or water a day and even I stretching before and after sets. I even took a couple of days off and did a light day and my quads felt like thier were about to cramp. But most the time its the hamstrings.

If anybody has any advice on what supps or vitamins i can take would be great. I even tried eating some bananas before hand and still.

1 Gallon is not enough. Bump the water intake.

And like said, taurine and potassium will help.
 
My hammys were cramping a bit.. I drink 1.5 - 2 gal of water a day. I started eating a banana pre workout and it seems to have helped a ton.
I was overlooking potassium from my diet (thanks to sweed for pointing that out). Could be same with you.
