blood work

i need to do blood work in the next few weeks. i know my level will be to high for HRT how do i get them down before i do the bllod work. im suppose to be on test c 260mg per week split on two injection i have be doing 360mg. so how long will it take for my levels to drop last injection was thursday 8/27 ? i could but blood work off for 3 weeks at the most. should i keep doing injections at a lower amount like 150mg or just take 2 or 3 weeks off completely. same issue with hgh how long does it take to go down to my old levels and do i just stop it for the next 3 week?
