From my experience so far, yes. Once you stop taking Unleashed your libido will go back down to regular levels. I am 40 and I was on Unleashed for 4 weeks as part of mu Post Cycle. I was feeling as horny as I was when I was 30. As you may know once you get to your late 30's (for me it was 38) your libido takes a nose dive.
If you're in your 20's and you already have high levels of Test, I don't think you should see much difference anyway.
