Help needed!! First cycle

Looking for some solid gains before november and was thinking roids are the way to go.

Been told that running a course of Test would be my best option but what type and how much i don't know.

So any help would me very much appreciated.

How about you tell us a little more about yourself? Age, weight, training and diet experience....?
 
My stats are as follows: Height: 5' 11' Weight 76.5 Kg 13-15% BF . Train 3 split days a week (Back/Bi's, Chest/Tri's and Legs/shoulders) and eat everything in sight that isn't made of wood lol.

I'v been lifting seriously for around 2 years and in that time have run a 6 week course of D'bol and a 4 week course of Winstrol. My diet isn't the best as although i can put weight on easily enough it's always fat and never muscle!!!

So it's time for another couple of cycles before next year
 
Mate i think you should give your training and dieting a bit more effort and then think about gear, training three times a week for two years is nothing and oral only cycles are just foolish, do some research, focus on lifting properly, diet properly and then consider gear. good luck
 
I say if your going to use juice, go for 250mg's of test enanthated a week for 10 weeks and id start it off with D-bol 40 mg's for the first 4 weeks and liv 52. id also change my training to back and tri's chest and bi's because when you do back you slightly hit your bi's and when you press you hit your tri's.
 
Sorry this isnt toward the poster.....

It's very possible to gain str/weight on 3 days splits, it's also a very healthy way to gain mass and avoid overtraining. That being said, each person responds a bit diferently.

Good starter cycle, just add arimidex to it. :)
 
Three days a week in the gym training for hypertrophy is beginner stuff mate c'mon if your doing splits you can train 6 days a week and hit all muscle groups twice. Better yet blitz and train all muscle groups in five days and focus on your weakest muscle group on the sixth day. If you cant train six days a week without overtraining, your body simply isnt ready for steroids. Just my opinion
