Too Much??

I think you should add a few eggs in the morning, some milk(if not lactose intolerant) and a few jugs of big blast and you should be set.

I just ordered 5 lbs of the big blast... Bout to give that a shot, everyone praises it so I figure why not give it a shot. Eggs in the morning is a good idea, even if i through them in my shake... Should i add two egg whites, one yolk? Or add both eggs
 
Hell yea, I sometimes throw a few raw eggs in with my big blast shake, along with some milk or cream. Best tasting shake ever.
 
I have gained 10 lbs since last monday but I have yet to see any physical changes as far as muscle definition. I know Im just now entering my second week and I should be patient like young Danielson butttt, these 10 lbs are in my belly haha! Not completely butttt eating 8lbs of food will add to the mid section lol. As soon as I finish my stack I will cut my cals to 1500k a day for 1 week but continue with my proteins. I loose the midsection in a hurry. After I loose my bloated look I will get back up to 3000 a day of clean food. As of right now I'm eating everything that is put infront of me. The only thing I'm actually watching is my sugars. My in between meals if I am on the road I will stop and get me a spicy chicken from wendys or 2 spicy chickens from mcdonalds. I love the way my body burns after a workout on tren and just everyonce in a while get kinda warm... I did bis and shoulders yesterday and my tris were pumped and swollen! I was like awwwww shittt it feels good to be a gangsta

Bad diet plan bro.

Don't eat 4000/day and then drop to 1500. You will lose tons of muscle.

Not only that, if you do it during PCT, you will for sure lose some size.

Which reminds me, what do you have planned for PCT?



If you are now gaining too much fat, then back of on the carbs a little bit. At your current body weight, you don't need a billion grams of carbs to supply for building muscle.

And I can promise you, that eating that many calories as opposed to how many you were eating before will never result in an increase in muscle definition. You will gain the muscle size for sure, but it will be under a layer of fat. Once the fat come off, then you will see the increased muscularity.
 
I'm taking Diesel/Tren and trying to bulk up a little bit here as in gain about 15-20lbs. I started off at 143lbs last monday and trying to reach 160-165#s. Im 5'6" or 5'7"...

Anyways my daily diet is as follows-
7am Morning- 2 packs of oatmeal and an apple/banana. Sometimes a kolache if vendors bring them by (bastards)... Protein shake 52gms protein 540 cals 8gs fat 2 sat...

11:30- chicken breast or cheeseburger and french fries, sometimes I go out to eat at lunch and order big and healthy.

3:30- Protein shake (Pre W/O)

5:30- Protein shake (Post W/O)

10:30-
Steak(12-14oz ribeye) or Chicken w/ green beans or corn, cucumbers, with texas toast.
Sometimes I will eat a pizza(1600cals/64gs pro/64gs fat/ 160gs carbs) or eat some pasta if I dont feel like cooking. I eat about a jar of pickles every two days... Also sometimes I drink another protein shake before bed.

12 am is usually bedtime.

I average approximately 3500-4500cals 200-400carbs 225-300gms protein


Yesterday I consumed a total of 4205 cals, 147.6 gs fat, 394 carbs, and 277 gs protein... I have a supermetabolism. If I start getting any type of Belly I can skip a day or two of food and I will have a flat stomach again.

Also I forgot to add, this is way too much time between meals just after you worked out. Post workout shake is good but you have to eat no later than 1 hour after this shake.

PWO, the 30 minutes to an hour later, eat a full meal with lots of meat.

It's really not so much fat, just a bigger stomach... Kinda swollen lol. It's always full and someone with my frame that eats this much is going to have a stretched mid section!

It is bad practice to reduce calories at all in PCT. Wait until you are recovered to cut the fat. Having low testosterone while tryning to lose fat ends up in muscle loss.
