What part of allergies don't you understand? That dander won't be contained to the area you keep it in...shit floats around in the air...circulates through the ducts...lingers for a long time too. And shrimp made it perfectly clear that the cat would not be permitted to set one paw inside his house (rightfully so too...allergies are no joke)

As horrified as I am by this, it's a tragic accident caused by ignorance. Just because poboy doesn't really care that the cat died doesn't mean he intended harm. I'm sure he THOUGHT the cat would be ok.

But god, shrimp, do not let your sister own any more animals till she gets her shit together.

Shrimp, your sister really needs to avoid having any pets anytime soon, because someone who can't even take care of themselves has no business trying to take care of an animal. Sit her down, and really drill this point into her head.

Bullshit. He's as responsible as she is. He shouldn't have allowed her into his home with an animal in the car, not until she made proper arrangements for the care of the animal.
 
I think some may be more upset with the absence of compassion he has rather than his actions (or lack there of)

That I can agree with.

But it's been a long time since I've bothered trying to argue with a cat hater. I just get mad and at the end of it they still hate cats. it's a waste of resources.
