Was looking at this, anyone know how good it is? Its pretty expensive so I wouldnt wana buy it not knowing anything about
it...
Thing is iv decided to get off my ass and get a job delivering papers, just somthing short but that will mean some extra £££ at the end of the month. So im looking at whey cuz the stuff I have now tastes of ass.
I have been getting the unflavoured bulk whey from myprotein.co.uk - The Leading Online Manufacturer & Supplier of Sports and Nutritional Supplements (pm me for discount)
Now once I got some boditronics express whey free with a subscription to a magazine and that tasted so nice I had a job not drinking more than 2 shakes a day lol. Anyone know how good that is? I might get that instead...
And finally, anyone know any other good tasting, not too pricey whey powders? Its gotta be available in the UK and having some extra BCAA's, creatine and glutamins and stuff would be good, I had some of the maximuscle stuff for a while and that had creatine, glutamins, BCAA's and all sorts in but was one of the most pricey powders Iv ever seen...
EDIT: I was looking at the superweight gainer by atlas, for when I decide to bulk again. A serving size of just the actual powder contains 1107 calories, 107g protein, 150g carbs, 12g fat. I would probably take half doses and have 1 with breakfast and 1 pre workout or somthing like that...
