1st REAL cycle... and im lost, kinda hungry too

Alright after some consideration (and still considering) I'm thinkin of adding some supplements. I'm not looking to get huge, but a few extra pounds cant kill.

Age: 20
Weight: 155lbs
Height 6'2"

I've been strenght training for about a year, cant say serious crazy hardcore (3 times a week, bout an hour each day) but I have seen gains in performance and so forth, was about 145lbs with triple bf% before. Diet is alright 3-4 meals a day topping around 3k calories. What it boils down is I cant put on weight, any kind at all. Once again I'm not looking for unrealistic gains, but if I could walk away from a cycle after PCT with 5-10lbs of lean muscle and no man boobs, I'd be more than happy, I don't think thats too far out of the ballpark either. I HAVE done a cycle before but it was melanotan (works well if ur white), but I didn't notice much in reguards to weight (it might have trimmed some bf)

Anyway I have a few questions (in no order, pure ADHD style)

- Would Beastdrol be total overkill with someone with my stats and wants (even in low dosages)

- is Test absolutly required in a cycle? I dono where the hell I can get it or if that would even be legal. If possible I would like to exculde this from the cycle but if its a must, then so be it.

- 1-T Tren also looks interesting, could it be used with the Beast in small doseages, and between the two, which is better?

- I've been skimming the forums and I read somewhere that for PCT, that Tren and Nolvadex dont play nice with each other, true?

- While we are talking PCT, Nolvadex orArimidex? Arimidex's price makes me wanna cry

I'm not looking to go crazy, the KISS rule is my best friend, but from what I've read this is a "do it right or not at all" kinda deal. I also would like to keep my costs low (who doesnt), so pretty much I'm looking at the following:

either Tren, Beastdrol or both for 8-12 weeks
and PCT with either Nolvadex or Armidex 4-8 weeks...

I'm totally up for suggestions as I can tell this cycle is far from perfect, any advice would be much appreciated, thank you in advanced.

Here's your problem.

You are not eating 3000 kcals a day. Post your daily meals broken down by macronutrients and kcals. I bet you are well under 3000 a day. If you're not then eat 4000 a day. 6'2" and 150 is rail thin. At your height you need a lot of kcal to grow.
 
Oh and to add to the above. Running a cycle without a proper grasp on nutrition and training is a waste of money and time. You need to get it together a little better than this before you jump on AAS. Post your diet in the diet forum and your routine in the training forum. You will get better results doing this than any AAS at the moment.

Not really gonna argue with that, diet > supplements. I don't keep as good as tabs on my diet as I used to, 3000 is peak, 2500 is closer to average. I have had stomache ulcers so eating larger quantities ranges from hard to flat out impossible. Dont get me wrong I love food :chomp:. I have been slowly ramping up the calories and I'll deff try to keep it around 4000.

Get consistent with your diet. Use fitday.com to track your calories and try and stay between 3500-4000 kcal a day. This is a lot of food and if eat like this consistently and train right you will be ready for AAS soon.

Honestly, I think you should wait a few years before using anything legal or otherwise. These two supps will help you out big time though.

Solid advice right there~~^^^^^^^^^^

I have a stomach ulcer, take 1 prilosect cap every day, divide your meals into several smaller servings, I have 6 servings thruout the day!

YES prilosect = win, serious life saver. But yea I'll start by keepin better tabs on what goes in first, and toss in some supplements like you listed (my buddy wont shut up about muscle tech products I might try those first). But yea so far all these sugestions have helped, I'll probably reconisder AAS down the road but refining my diet should do the trick for now.

No on the Muscle Tech. Save your money for better quality products

Do your wallet a favor and research what a lot of members of EF think about Muscletech. There are a lot of supps out there. Read, read, and then read somemore. (All while eating a nice salmon fillet of course).
