I'm back (Super legal supp stack guy)

Ok so i'm going to get Vitex and bromo. Should I just do 2.5mg per day of bromo with the normal dose for vitex? How long should I run that safely? Obviously untill the problem improves but i don't want to do it for too long.

Also after this cycle and PCT should I look at doing a letro / nolva reduction cycle to get rid of the leftovers?

You can stay on the vitex up until PCT. I would just use the bromo until the problem is resolved.

How much are you using now of the 1-T TREN and other items?

1-T / Tren @ 5 pumps a day (early AM after shower)


On a brighter note I broke all lift records tonight and added 20lbs to my working bench weight. Now for 8 reps I get 20 more pounds and it feels the same.

Sounds good.

It would also be a good idea to bump the mosterdrol down to 2 caps per day, or 1-T TREN down to 4 pumps per day to try and get the nipple sensitivity issue under control. (although the vitex and bromo should really have it taken care of in the next few days)

Ok I think I will bump the monster down one cap per day. I can't order my supplies till friday due to financial reasons which sucks. I can tell the problem is getting worse but hopefully I will recover fine. Not lactating yet lol!

On a GOOD note, squats were so good that I ripped both my workout pants AND my boxers completely up the crack. I was squatting 245 which felt GREAT and goign all the way to parallel. Well on the 8th rep when I really squeezed the whole shit ripped, it was a classic moment lol

And before anyone asks, yes I continued my session as if nothing happened despite the looks I kept getting.

In my famous words at this particular Golds, "Shit, I paid my 35$!"
 
UPDATE:

New record lift tonight: 315lbs for deadlifts like it was 225!
Shit felt light, i was able to crank out two sets of 8 no problem. That is phenomenal for me...
