I was reading through your thread and I was wondering about the whole showering thing too.
I normally hit the gym early afternoon then shower after. So..
1. How necessary is showering before using it.
2. If it's really necessary, then how would the effect differ if applied in the afternoon.
3. If it would be really necessary to apply in the am and after a shower. Then showering again later in the afternoon after the workout wont affect it?
Did you ever get a clear answer on the showering stuff? I think Eric recommended not to shower after working out, but I def need to have a shower after.
