Help with Trenbolone Cycle!

How are you guys doing? I have a friend who has suggested that I take some trenbolone for my first cycle. I wanted to come on here and get some advice from the educated members on how I should cycle this and dosage and how long I should go with the cycle. Also, what kind of pct should I run with this? A little background on myself. Im 6'3 245 pounds at about 16 percent B/F. I have been back working out for about 6 months. I had about a 3 year period where I didnt train, I just ran alot. Before that, I had been working out for about 4-5 years straight. My diet is good because it has to be. I was obese when I was a teen and my metabolism sucks so I have to do alot of cardio and maintain a pretty strict diet just to maintain what I have right now. Anyways, thanks in advance guys.
 
I don't think taking the AAS with the most potential side-effects is a good idea at all for the first time. If I were you I would just try out some test first with maybe dbol to see how your body reacts to them. Tren can be a son of a bitch for some.
 
Yeah, I just got done reading about the side effects on tren. I dont know about that either after reading up on it. I build muscle fairly easy, I just wanted a little jump start. How are the side effects on d-bol? Also, do you have to run any liver detox or anything like that with it. I know some of these questions may sound dumb. But I am a complete newb when it comes to gear. I have always wanted to try it and I think that I have earned it, besides my little lay off(damn kids).
 
Would anybody with a good amount of knowledge be willing to answer some of my questions via PM? That would be super helpful.

A lot of experienced juicers wont go near the stuff and there are even a few threads on here of guys who are having serious issues after coming off of Tren. Stick to the basics and you should be cool. Test is always best and since you are new to the game, you don't even have to do that much to get good results.
A short simple cycle would be best to get yoru feet wet so you can see how you react. Couple that with a good PCT and you'll be very happy with your results and safe.
I am sure other will disagree but you aren't going to be a pro so no need for the harsh compounds.

I totally agree with you. What is your definition of a short cycle? My buddy says that he could get me virtually anything right now so test would be a good choice also. From the little bit I have researched so far, I had it narrowed down to test and then d-bol. But then they said tren would be good for me. How long would you go for and what kind of pct would be good for either test or d-bol. Also, what kind of test are you talking about, or what is the safest? Thanks for all of the help guys.
 
my first cycle was dbol 40mg/ED for 4 weeks and test cyp 500mg/wk for 12 weeks. i had decent base to start from since i just got done with lacrosse and had maintained my workout regimen. i was a little on the small side due to all the running i had to do but my strength was good for my weight. when i started i immediately stopped all cardio to maximize my results (for what i knew to do at the time). i was on the "reaching hand diet" that is whatever i could get my hands on i ate (pussy was/is my fav, lol). i gained a good 23-24lbs but after i got out of pct i took a break from working out due to an injury and didn't start up again after i recovered because i just felt burnt out after 4 1/2 years of almost continuous lifting. needless to say i lost 90% of everything i worked hard for and will never make that mistake again.

excuse my book, i'm in a talkative mood right now. what i'm trying to get at is 1. read up and know what the fuck your doing 2. keep your routine after you come off because you WILL lose everything (it's okay to go less often but still at least 3-4 times a week because your body doesn't recover as fast off the juice. all depends on your body, you know it better than anyone.) 3. do a simple cycle for your first time and you won't be disappointed 4. GOOD LUCK!!

p.s. check out the pct sticky and make sure you got your ancillaries and pct before you start. these are keys to a successful cycle.

I appreciate the advice and I will definitely be reading the pct sticky. I will definitely keep training after because I will get fat if I dont. Thanks man.

your friend should stick to his day job as he has not a clue about using gear. tren is a not for a first cycle--never ever.
