Well, thanks for asking. I've got a malleable shape, and it needs to be molded. I wan't basically the basics, burn the fat off, increase lean mass, get around 10-12 percent BF%. I will say this though, I need cardio work, one of the clients on the list was talking about running 10 miles, damn son. I practically want to kill myself after running 2.

Besides that, the reason I really joined was for knowledge. I live in a little podunk city in the Midwest, the biggest public gym in the area is a Curves (Yea I know). So, to be able to learn from someone who is exceedingly more knowledgable then me is really the big plus here.


Here's a question for Omega though, is September 1st still the tentative date for the AGX resupply. I've got enough protein to last for awhile, but the creatine and stimulants could get dicey come september 6th - 7th, should I go out and buy some, or will the AGX supply be up by then?
 
Well you're at the right place bro! We'll work you into shape. I think some cardio ( brisk walking 45-60mins) should be fine. that's a guess tho!
That has worked for me in the past and present. We'll see what Omega cooks up for us!

So I'm going to officially start keeping logs starting tommorow to do my weekly update, my gym is closed Saturday/Sunday which kind of sucks, but whatever, gotta drive on. Anyways, heres a question for you. The gym put the Cable Fly machine off limits for about 2 weeks, it's getting refurbished I guess. Is there a specific exercise I should do in its place? I was just going to do some dips for a few weeks.
 
Yes Do Dumbbell Flys, Do not go to heavy and just focus on PUMP and excellent form via out Rep Schema
 
So I did my leg workout yesterday, and I could still walk. I thought I was getting used to it, so I was gonna do the entire routine over again. Good thing I didn't, woke up this morning and my lower body is telling me I got my ass kicked yesterday.
