How do I avoid the IT eyes while on EF at work???

Anyone know what I can do to avoid the eyes of IT while trying to help bros and get advice on EF while on the clock and work station computer at work????

You can't. If your workplace uses a proxy server (most big businesses do), then you cannot get around it.

Platinum members have access to expertpcsupport.com but DO NOT USE IT!!!! If you check, you will find that all the images and CSS links are to elitefitness, and are thus logged as elitefitness in the proxy logs!

If you have to access elitefitness from the office either bring in your own laptop and use either a wireless internet connection, cellular internet connection, or dial-up internet connection. If you have a smart-phone, you can also browse with that if you have a data package (be certain before you try as their ala carte rates are through the roof).

Remember - elitefitness may be a good resource, but it is not worth your job!

Probably going to have to bring in your own portable with one of those "sprint cards" that gives you wireless access to the internet. First, though, check to see if there are any active wifi services that you can scam onto from your work location.

You can't if they monitor your network. However if you have a wireless network (alot of companies have a seperate wireless network for visitors) or a wireless network nearby you can buy yourself an ipod touch and connect wirelessly and browse using it. It works like a champ!

If your company does not approve of the site why don't they block it. That was my defense and it worked so well. They decided not to block it. I work with swell people don't I?

If your company is not blocking Remote Desktop to the outside you can surf your computer at home if you have it configured , you can even do a LOGMEIN FREE account. Also if they have web filtering you may be able to use a proxy website that disguises the ip address that your contacting.
