If a package is seized at your business can they go to your house?

Lets say you own a business and you recieve your package there. If a controlled delivery is performed than you only get busted with what you had mailed. But can they go to your house and search it?

As for going to your house they could if they got a warrant (search and seizure) If it is a small amount like for personal use as long as you don't sign for it you are ok, if you sign for it your sunk, also chances are if it comes reg mail, customs opened and and seized it already, they will send you a letter and ask if you want to try and get it back etc...

Well see thats the thing. I have lots of employees working. Its very easy for one of them to sign for it, then they could go in looking. What if I happen to not be there? See what I am saying.

I would clean my house. Then if they do show up. You have nothing to worry about. I don't put shit pass the fuzz. They can do anthing they want. It might get thrown out of court but it will be a pain the ass until then. Just clean the house.

You bet your ass they can get a warrant for your home (more likely if they suspect you of trafficking/distribution).
Dont think for ONE SECOND that they cant and wont if you get a controlleed delivery (most warrants come conditional...meaning you usually have to take possession of said pack to make the warrant valid, and to MAKE the prosecutors case stand up...)

Are you in the US? If you are and the stuff is coming from outside, chances are they won't be using UPS FED EX etc... so no sig will be required, talk to the employees tell them the min, but be careful, it really depends on if you are in the US, and where the stuff is coming from, and the mode it is getting to you

just order domestic and you wont have this problem. I sign for domestic packages all the time. Sometime, depending on the shipper, you have to sign.
