Approved Log Test E, EQ and NPP growth cycle Log

Log 06/05/26

Folks! First and foremost! I’ve been doing these the following day as I feel it better recaps the day as a whole when I’ve had time to digest what happened in the day and can truly explain things!

WORKOUT:
Incline smith machine bench
3x10@90kgs (one warmup set of 12@60kgs)

3x12@15kgs standing DB lateral raises (slow controlled) (increase)

3x12@72kgs pec flys (both arms)
3x8@64kgs single chest/arm at a time (increase)


[email protected] overhead Tricep extensions
[email protected] Tricep pushdowns (this is an increase of 5kgs from starting cycle weights)

[email protected] decline cable flys (increase from 21.5kgs with decent slow form)

3x12@35kgs DB shoulder press

And as a finisher - 3 sets@60kgs until failure slow, controlled and paused flat BB bench press


Overall:

The numbers are increasing and the EQ is definitely in effect now building leaner muscle, vasularity across majority of my arms (sideways bicep veins and forearms) as well as across my lower torso (think V line area) and across my shoulders during workoufs

The pumps have been OFF THE FUCKING CHARTS

I look 10 fold bigger with a pump (which we all know happens) but the gear is feeling absolutely fucking awesome! STILL no PIP from the oils - I did get PIP because I must’ve knocked a vein as I started pissing out blood of my left delt as I took the needle out (WHOOPS) but that’s self inflicted (what a dickhead)

My lower back while taking 1mg KPV and the 0.25 units GLOW70 I’m truly feeling INCREDIBLE. The feeling after having such intense and debilitating lower back training while training working as hard as I do is sooooo relieving. Got a haircut and the barber actually commented on my hair and how thick the middle is getting too which is feels good too! (Thanks GHKCU)

The results are coming in physically and bloods to be done next week Thursday morning (Thank you to @Prymal and @Southern Cross Labs) These guys couldn’t get any better at what they do!

On the note of the friend situation. Lads I gotta be entirely honest because I see some logs that stick strictly to workouts and never include real life events which truly can make or break your training, performance and overall the whole sequence of progress. LIFE EVENTS ARE IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER BEFORE TAKING ARTIFICIAL HORMONES AND OTHER PEDS WHY DONT WE TALK ABOUT THIS! I really wanna drive this point home as I never considered external circumstances before taking my first cycle last year and my life fell apart losing my job, friends and more)

I’m so ludicrously in love with this woman. This may sound quick to say to some BUT the truth is, I never fell out of love with her and I’ve come to realise that my relationship I ended last week was initiated so that I could try move past her… the fact of the matter is I never will.

Have you guys ever just met someone that truly you connect with on such a deep level it pains you to not be with them 24/7. I’ve been pondering why I felt hollow for 4 fucking months and it turns out, it’s because I cut her off and that missing piece wasn’t there. She is that missing piece.

I spent the entirety of my Easter Sunday with her after 11:00am drop off of TheLittleT28 (Son) and it just wasn’t enough. No time is ever enough when the connection isn’t just emotional or sexual. It’s something else and I truly, truly do think there is nobody else for me

Traps are really starting to develop and I’m quite happy with the back day I hit overall!

Felt stiff this morning but the KPV has saved the day again

The Test from SCL is clearly doing its thing because the horny demon is in my shoulder whispering sweet nothings constantly and can sometimes feel overwhelming (as in all I think about)

Overview:

PHYSICAL HEALTH

Away for work at the moment AGAIN so diet is impossible to cook with.

Had a steak, chips and veg at the pub with the gents from work before the gym and it’s safe to say I’ve never felt more pumped!

I can now see veins In my triceps which I’ve never seen before and I’m putting on some extra size it feels now! Feeling super confident thanks to this.

Physical rating: 7.5/10 - Reason for not being a 10 is just the fact my sleep has been shit so inflammations extra bad (KPV is the only reason i got out of bed today) and I’m running on fuck all energy so I’m quite tired and the battery needs a reset!


MENTAL HEALTH:
After an awful lot of swings up down left right and to the side I can safely say I feel Ontop of the world. I’m so utterly grateful for the people in my life. The love I’ve been receiving and been able to give is truly a privilege every single day and I can’t begin to describe to you just how important and goal filled my life feels right now.

Motivated, dedicated and driven. I have so much shit to accomplish and not much time to do it which is a little stressful but I’ll be working my ass off to make shit happen! There are 5 beautiful reasons for me to push myself constantly and I’ll never forget why I work so hard.

Mental health rating: 8/10 - purely comes down to fatigue from late nights and financial stressors

Brief summary:

Been away with work Monday-Wednesday and then last night hit the gym for legs with Ruby and had Grilld for dinner. Safe to say that didn’t agree with me

Today I had work, didn’t feel well at all, pushed through, went to the gym and hit back/bis and have gone home to meal prep (fuck it’s nice to have a kitchen)

Got food poisoning I think from my breakfast away yesterday morning as the egg in my bacon and egg roll was stupidly runny to the point I don’t think it was cooked and my stomach ain’t handling it well

Not gastro otherwise I wouldn’t of hit the ghn

No pump photo because I’m simply just not well enough

Hitting the gym with food poisoning shows the commitment brother, most blokes wouldve written off the whole week. Meal prep saves the day when life throws curveballs like this, real protection against slipping the whole cycle over a bad week 💪

Workouts:


Life as a parent has really fucked my training this week. Both days I trained I had to cut it short due to child commitments and it’s left me 0 time to record what I’ve done but the pump photos are attached for the back day and leg day (you can see in the leg day photo that I didn’t get to hit every muscle group in my legs)


Health:
I’m entirely excluding sickness from this - Back has been STIFF AS A MF and if it wasn’t for the GLOW70 and KPV from @Prymal there’s not a chance I’d be functioning in my daily job (would have to consider a career change) - On this things are getting better however, the inflammation fades because of the KPV but it feels like in my upper back (specially where I’m putting the GLOW70) there is some internal scar tissue fading away (not gonna question the science but shit feels better, the scar tissue under the skin/ around back muscles has been confirmed by both physios and doctors) - overall life’s feeling better.

Oils - MAJOR changes to my legs which is incredible!

Need to eat more as confirmed by @Demon_throne

Life:
Even though training schedule has been a right mess, life’s been pretty good (sickness aside too but I’m good now)

For the first time (let’s call her R) and I had our (4) kids together out and about and we hit the Zoo today which was fucking incredible. I feel like this is a perfect little family and I’m so blessed to have R and the kids in my life. They truly are something I never saw coming but I’m so incredibly thankful to have

DIET:
I only did the overall calorie count for breakfast which was 875 cals of protein bars and shit I got from 7/11 on the way to work

Lunch was a mad Mex with a regular double chicken burrito bowl (No sour cream because that shits gross) but I added some guacamole AND 3 chicken tacos - honestly if I had to guesstimate the calories it easily would’ve been 1350 as the guacamole was fucking loaded on and avos dense as fuck in healthy fats

Dinner was 1880 cals of my muscle chef meals

MENTAL HEALTH:
8/10 finances bring this score down again, still working on this. I’m finding more reasons to love R daily and the feeling I don’t think will ever fade so I’m feeling pretty stoked with life

7/10 - slept funny last night and my left arms had a slight pinching feeling (not painful just constant like pins and needles) - gonna keep an eye on this because it still hasn’t faded

Log for yesterday 23/04/26 - This logs gonna be quite short as I’m AGAIN incredibly fucking I’ll, Man flu can suck it!

Woke up yesterday lethargic, what felt like on the brink of going back to sleep and just jolted myself out of bed.

ended up leaving work early after one inspection, driving the 3hrs home and then going to the gym in the night which I 100% shouldn’t of done!

I slept funny about a week ago as mentioned in the log and I’ve pinched a muscle which is still pinched in my left shoulder and sometimes it feels like there’s no blood heading there oddly enough and get pins and needles like pains. Nurofen did help this however.

As mentioned I went to the gym, hit a back, bis and shoulders day with R and had to cut it short due to this shoulder restraint.

Overall my life’s been getting 100x better with a relationship that truly brings me so much gratitude and joy, 4 beautiful kids and truly the most stunning woman by my side but my health physically has been a bit fucked between food poising last week and now man flu (fun fact if you didn’t know, men biologically are affected more by the common cold then women by a large percentage)

Not training today or tomorrow as I get my bloods done tomorrow morning and wanna be as recovered as possible to train again asap!

Progress is constantly improving anyway

Log for yesterday 23/04/26 - This logs gonna be quite short as I’m AGAIN incredibly fucking I’ll, Man flu can suck it!

Woke up yesterday lethargic, what felt like on the brink of going back to sleep and just jolted myself out of bed.

ended up leaving work early after one inspection, driving the 3hrs home and then going to the gym in the night which I 100% shouldn’t of done!

I slept funny about a week ago as mentioned in the log and I’ve pinched a muscle which is still pinched in my left shoulder and sometimes it feels like there’s no blood heading there oddly enough and get pins and needles like pains. Nurofen did help this however.

As mentioned I went to the gym, hit a back, bis and shoulders day with R and had to cut it short due to this shoulder restraint.

Overall my life’s been getting 100x better with a relationship that truly brings me so much gratitude and joy, 4 beautiful kids and truly the most stunning woman by my side but my health physically has been a bit fucked between food poising last week and now man flu (fun fact if you didn’t know, men biologically are affected more by the common cold then women by a large percentage)

Not training today or tomorrow as I get my bloods done tomorrow morning and wanna be as recovered as possible to train again asap!

Progress is constantly improving anyway

Thanks for reading this partial rant, trying not to make excuses for the slack efforts but really am on burn out point constantly with the constant sickness bs

Pulling back from training the day before bloods is the right call, fatigued bloods from training through sickness give false signals brother 💪
 
Oh bro She’s fucking incredible and loves training as much as I do!

She’s started taking GLOW70 for her recovery post fake boob surgery (They cuts split open post op) so I’ll be documenting that in my log to hopefully help explain some helpful things peptides can do, already redness has decreased and the past week has been RAPID recovery (before any cheeky fucker comments, no I won’t be providing photos - Suck it🤣)

Realistically most of your typical supplementation you’d expect and I’m open to more :)

3g EPA+DHA combined daily

400mg Magnesium glycinate daily

2000iu Vitamin D

20mg Zinc daily

2 scoops of protein powder

300mg Test E - 150mg Twice weekly - Monday mornings, Thursday nights

It's great that you are giving it you all and this is my first post here. I'm not looking to criticize or alienate anyone. I would like to offer constructive criticism because I think you can maximize what you are doing with some minor changes.

First. And please don't take this wrong I want to see you do your best in the end but right now your bf is on the high side. I've been at this since 1999 first competed at 18 so I've seen it all. Bulking to grow was very popular once. Ive done it, to my regret, getting like a fat bloated pig. Nothing like you, so much worse than that I thought the added weight and added strength from all the bs water and fat would end up as more muscle when I dietted it off. It just did not work at all like that. I went 9 months looking horrible and in the end gained no more muscle between contests as I always did. It is not the way to go

After that I never let myself go above 10% and I usually maintained around %8. Your not as strong, you don't look as big in a sweatshirt but it worked much better at gauging exactly where you are at.

If I was you I would first get my body fat to 10-12%. You can do that and continue the drugs you are using. Once your at 10% it's not that hard to maintain that while you add muscle
The only other thing I'd say is I see very few reasons to use NPP over Deca. There are a few but I don't think they apply to you right now

Also, is it only me or do others also experience about total alleviation of joint issues on Deca but feel little to nothing when using NPP?

Log for today - It’s Anzac Day so went to the dawn service followed by a lift with the Missus (see photo attached)

Did some light full body workouts before we go out for the day as I’m still pretty crook (doctor said I’m not contagious)

Yep that's the one brother.
Its a good idea to get this done as taking Aas (anabolic androgenic steroids) & Hgh at performance enhancing & bodybuilding doses almost always leads to lowered Thyroid levels which isn't optimal at all for metabolism, fat loss & muscle growth amongst other things.
The solution if your Ft3 isn't in optimal performance enhancing range is to supplement with T3
