Yes. Five minutes.

As in don't wait and see but do what's needed before it starts and treat asap.

did you use steroids and now have gyno?

did it gradually come on?

but bottom line is don't just ignore it. i would get on anti gyno stack right away.

It depends on the severity and how long you've had it, as well as genetics, how you're treating it. Etc.
