what do use to prevent acne on cycle

I don't do anything special, just wash my face more. I was never really acne prone.

how old are you? usually this is something guys have to out grow

Acne is common with hormonal changes some get it more than others. Washing your skin will only help a minimal amount. Controlling estrogen and keeping compound levels steady on a cycle will help more than anything.

I tan. It keeps it down quite a bit but hormonal change can cause it in people
