Any suggestions? running low dose of deca for joints wondering if there is a better alternative.

All deca does is make the joint feel better - while you are using it. There is, IIRC, SOME evidence to suggest a SMALL amount of an increase in collagen synthesis.

But it doesn't heal the joint. Are you using any joint products like N2JointRx or similar?

deca is NOT a wise move here at all... it masks the injury with synovial fluid and once you stop taking it, you are right back to where you were and often times are worse off than before... mk2866 is an option to provide real healing...

Are you looking for a certain drug or some herbal supplement.
Outside of drug category I'd pick glucosamine and fish oil
