bro he's only doing test,e nothing els.you'r telling him to stay at 250,to 300mg .not at all if any thing he should be going up as if he stays at 300mg he will be cutting.not bulking.and you should bulk for you'r first cycle then cut.and for his pct nova,40/20/20/20/..clomid 100/50/50/50/..for IA.aromasin.or arimidex. and start 5,to 6,day's after you'r last injection..

300 mg is perfect starting dose he is 180 lbs not a 250 lb guy and 500 is overkill for a guy that has virgin muscles and fresh receptors to soak up that test

The issue is that many guys get this standard bro science thinking that 500 mg is a start dose and it needs to be run to see anything that's fucking bull shit!!


300 mg is perfect start dose !! Now if u suck at training and can't eat worth a shit u will need 500 mg and still then u prob won't see shit ! But if u are using gear as a "aid " for ur physique how it should be ran then 300 is gold

I can still gain on 300 and have been doing this for years at 220 9%bf if I can gain on 300 then a guy that has never done test can 100%

The issue is most guys can't train worth a shit and eat a fuck load of crap going out on weekends to drink and party this why they do 500 and it's not a aid it's the base of there whole regime !!

Test cycle is supposed to be a little help to get ya past a slow point in ur fitness journey not to make the gains for ya

If u can't gain a good amount on a first test cycle at 300 mg a week ur smoking crack !!!!!

U need to evaluate ur diet and training cuz something sucks tranny dick in ur protocol !!!

300 mg clean and hard work is the way to go
