Test prop 3 week nothing...

Hi, for your experience when gain from test prop start?

100mg test prop every 36h, 466mg of test average for week (First cycle)

natty test was 414

If diet/tranining/rest evertything is in check. Slow responder?

3 week in look like shit, before cycle after 4 week psmf 5.8 x 165 pounds 14%bf. Now 175 pounds 17%. All this on 500kcal surplus. How is possible?

Another thing i forgot: no strenght gains
 
test if teste or testpwill still take weeks to notice much.. if your seeing this already then im sorry but its diet that you need to fix IMO if by week 4-6 you dont notice much of anything then id start to worry a bit. maybe cut down carbs a bit up protein and cut surplus by 200cal?
hard to say but with gear or without the issue of higher BF and no power gains i would think is diet and possibly also training.

teste may last about 1-2 weeks per shot, but it hits its peek in only days, prop much faster, but both need weeks to start to notice stuff from IMO

700mg can help lose a little of fat while bulking at 500kcal surplus?

700 mg's a week is not necessary for anyone, not even the pro's. And no steroid burns fat.

Have you used gear from this source before? Could be bunk?
 
Increase your grams by the week. I was doing 450 to start now I'm on week 9 at 800 a week. Gains are amazing now. Your gains will be moderate at 466wk. Propionate does not mean you'll see faster results because of half life just means it'll be out of your system faster. If you continue to pin at 466 a week your gains will be "ok". Need to be in the 600+ range to see what you want.

when gain come strong? i have seen strengh gain but not to much size 4 week in

3 week at 466 and now up to 700mg

diet is good between 700-1k cal surplus.. at less i think fat gain have stop
 
Don't expect to grow too much with propionate. My strength and size gains came week 6.

I think test is test.. change is time relase. For my reserch test prop contain 83% of pure test versus test enantate 72-75.

You are sure that your gear is legit?
 
This is your first cycle? and your doing JUST test prop?. Don't expect too much growth. If you do another cycle stack it with something and the growth you desire will be there by week 3...granted your diet supports it.

Yes, my bloodwork suggest that my test is legit. I suggest you do bloodwork mid cycle.
 
UPDATE:

strenght is going pretty nice,in this week bench went up seven kilos.. size.. well this is another story,mirror show barely any change. Measure are the same.
 
It's not too late to add an oral as a stack. You'll see size increase with virtually any oral besides Anavar and Winstrol.

That's bs you can gain muscle on anything if you're eating enough. Diet first, Training second, Drugs third. That's how it should be. Nothing will happen with out a good diet approach
 
Prop is a fasting acting ester, it has to be shot at least every other day or every day if you can take it, you should be feeling it immediately. You won't see results in the mirror dramatically when you run it by itself. You should be seeing strength gain to say the least, and you won't retain water on it so if you get any gains you shouldn't lose them when you come off. Hope this helps, im sure i reiterated what a few other people said here already.

No one said anything about not gaining muscle. I'm talking about size. I don't think you've done JUST a prop cycle before...look at what jeditrainer said btw.
 
PCT isn't planned yet. But is not a problem i can get nolvadex,clomid,and hcg at any time.

Figured. My first cycle I caught a lil gyno. I had all my PCT and etc. got rid of it with 4 days. I hope you don't experience the same but I would never start a cycle without all my PCT and such. A good cycle is a well planned PCT.
 
sometimes i get pain nipple zone like a pain thick but if i touch nipple or play with it(also very strong) i have no pain at all and i don't feel any lump at moment. Nipples get ichy sometimes usually is more annoyng at night before i sleep. I have noticed that when i am busy maybe is a coincidence but nipple are pain and itchy free.

is this gyno?
 
There's also a possibility that you're not gonna respond as well to aas like others. Maybe its a person to person thing. Just my 2c. I did 500/wk test e for my first cycle. Gained quite a lot, ate a lot of chicken. 6 months down the pct, I've kept all i gained, plus more. Try for EoD dosing of prop, even if you end up with same weekly quantity.

Hope is not like this.. i was expecting opposite effect. My natty test is 414.. a bit low. Now i am on 1k kcal surplus e don't notice fat gain,strenght increase so i think i am gaining muscle.


For gyno is ok 1mg every 4 day? can get only 1mg tab e don't want to play chemist
 
Even if its like that, inclusion of testosterone in your body should increase the androgen receptors, so I think it will take time with you, maybe a couple cycles, before you can witness same effects as others. My natty test was 715, afternoon. I have a friend who's test came out to be 440, near yours. He's currently on ostarine and same, responding slowly to it. But it gets better every week.

I think it starts differently for everyone, but after couple of cycles everyone usually comes down to a point where diet, not gear, makes a difference. This is whats happening to me now, started my second cycle, diet is playing a larger role than workout regime in my gains.
