I am currently on my 2nd test cycle. 500 of test E per week (12 weeks) with Dianabol for the first six.
I just finished the 6th week and ended the Dbol. While I loved the gains the Dbol cramped my legs up horribly when running and my pumps were so intense it made it hard to finish workouts (I do CrossFit). My blood pressure also went up which I assume is the water retention and estrogen increase. (Yes I am on an AI)
Anyways I am going to finish the final 6 weeks of test and then after my pct am looking to do another cycle more geared towards CrossFit once my levels restore.
Here is a cycle I was considering:
1-12 Test Cyp: 150-250 per week
1-10 Equipoise 400 per week
7-12 Anavar 50 per day
1-12 Arimidex .5 EOD
15-17 Nolvadex PCT
The higher dose of Test I am on has been great for strength and mass but slows me down.
So for an endurance cycle I was thinking of going lighter.
Questions:
Will Anavar cramp me up too?
I have heard it is great for cardio but I also heard it gives painful pumps too (like Dbol).
My main question for you all is what SARMS would you add/supplement with?
How soon after my PCT can I start SARMS and or another cycle?
Does this seem like a good cycle for me and my goals(above)? I am 6 ft 187 (started at 175).
I had seen another more complicated cycle posted on here but it seemed gear heavy and confusing.
I think it has Winnie in it which I am shying away from due to age (39) and joint issues.
