Blood work results are in!

Here are the bloodwork results. I could not attach the file to my original post for some reason. But basically my libido has been low for a month or so. On a low dose of TRT. Turns out my FSH and LH are extremely low. I took some HCG when I got the results back and was horny as a rabbit the next day so I'm going to continue the HCG for a while. Any other advise based on the results is appreciated.

I knew those are shut down on hormones but I have always heard some guys say they take hcg on a cycle not only because it keeps their nuts full, but because it keeps their sex drive up also. I know their is probably no science behind this but I figured I'd give it a shot and it did seem to help. Based on my other numbers do you see any reason my libido was down?

I did not realize this. Here is the Hormonal panel typed out


Test Total 1844 348-1197
Free Test 48 8.7- 25.1
LH .2 1.7- 8.6
FSH .5 1.5- 12.4
Prolactin 6.1 4.0- 15.2
Estradiol 16.8 7.6- 42.6
Progesterone .8 .2 - 1.4


Do you guys think my estrogen is too low for the amount of total test? It's on the lower end of "normal" range and my test is of course high so the ratio appears to be off in my option. Do you guys think this is what the problem is?

Update: Didn't do a shot of test for 2 weeks or any Arimidex or anything. After about one week sex drive started coming back. Started getting hellacious morning wood again. All the way though the second week. Not sure if it's because my test is going down or possibly my Estrogen is going up, but something is changing. Still not sure exactly what the problem is but figured I'd give you guys an update.

I thought it was kind of low too even though that's in the normal range it still looks low to me considering my test was really high. I was taking 1mg adex 2 times a week because I am prone to gyno (actually have it from puberty and it flares up on occasion). But as soon as I got the results I stopped the Adex completely.
 
I see. Are your LH and FSH shutdown completely? Or are you attempting to recover them with hcg?
And your not using any herbal supplements are you?

Not using any herbal supplements. My FSH and LH are shut down almost completely based on the numbers I posted. I did one round of HCG which helped A LOT! I gotta get more though.
 
You maybe stuck on TRT for the rest of your life. You might want to try switching SERMs or AI's.
Are you using stimulants or any other drugs?
 
Update. Still having issues but they are a little better. Takes me forever to get aroused but once i do im ok. So some progress. One thing i will note is that if i take hcg or clomid i get horny within an hour or two. Im wondering if it's due to an increase in estrogen... does anyone know what the ideal ratio is for test to estrogen?
 
U were taking 1 mg 2 times a week

Were u taking the 1 mg all at one time ?

That could be part of he issues dude ! U need to keep that estro at a even level ur gonna have it higher one part of the week lower another

I dose at .25 Ed when on Trt and .25 Ed when on cycle except on shot days I take 1/2 a mg mon and thurs

It all depends on ur body I played with my aindose for a year before intrigued it out some ppl like eod Ai doses some like Ed some prefer only on shot days it's all different but taking 1 mg at one time at that low a test dose seems to be ur issues imo

I was taking 1mg at a time twice a week. And i think you are right about that.
 
Updated! Im not sure exactly what the proper ratio is supposed to be for test to estrogen but i started talking a Nolvadex a day and within 5 days my dick was so hard i could stick it through a brick wall so my estrogen must have been way too low.. i had cut out the anti E a month ago and that did nothing on it's own but the Nolvadex worked.
