He picks and chooses the laws he wants to follow.
That's the unfortunate reason that immigration reform can't happen while he's president. He'd just pick the parts he likes and not enforce the parts he doesn't.

It was a good deal...Barry can now murder them with a robot strike as opposed to having to deal with all that due process shit he talked about as candidate Barry. A few Hellfire II missiles and dead children mean nothing to Barry as long as nobody can accuse him of being soft on terrorists........FOX news claims Barry traded five generals for a sergeant; Barry traded five dead men for a Sgt.

The Obama administration drafted the law regarding giving congress thirty days notice before making prisoner exchanges. He violated his own law.
I thought he was now blaming Chuck Hagel for the PR fiasco.
