LGD cutting cycle

Hi guys, wondering if any members have used the sarm LGD whilst cutting or even a recomp, not many threads on LGD.

I am looking at running 8 weeks of LGD, GW and combine with yohimbine, caffeine, greentea and finish cycle off with Albuterol. All this whilst staying in calorie deficit, high protein and a combination of cardio and resistance training. Reason I want to run LGD as used it for a bulk and yielded amazing results, therefore wanted to use to counteract the muscle wasting/loss whilst on a cut, Osta is great but I found gains were mediocre in comparison to LGD.

Love to hear of other users experiences with lgd for cutting/recomp.

I used LGD in a caloric defecit at the end of my last cycle, and it helped tremendously with fat loss. I think it has great recomposition abilities and the fact that is a lot more anabolic than Ostarine makes it even better for muscle preservation when dieting. I would recommend adding GW to it for better results.

I'll be running LGD in about a month, I can't wait. I hope I get the same amazing results as you did. I won't be using it in a calorie deficit or doing cardio though. My goal is to gain as much strength and LBM before I go on a cut. Care to share your experience with LGD?

Experiences were very good, bulk was solid, high calorie surplus, used ntbm gear religiously and blew up majorly, strength was insane, all lifts exceeds PBS and had some healing of injuries thanks to lgd. However, was a bit reckless and bulked too hard, learnt from this and dialled in diet since. Ran Osta, enjoyed it for what it is but think lgd will complement a cutting cycle perfectly...... One thing I noticed was some testicle atrophy from lgd, plus bit of libido issues at end, will run aromasin on cycle and pct and possibly low dosage of clomid, just to be safe pending how things go.....

That's great, I can't wait. I plan to eat about 5000k calories and I'm also going to be throwing oxandrovar into the mix the last 6 weeks. I'm planning on running Liquidex, and HCgenerate on cycle with Aromasin in PCT. Did you dose LGD at 10mgs?

Thanks for the replies Dylan and shrine, at this stage I have my cycle dialled. However, at what point should I introduce aromasin on cycle? Immediately eod or two weeks into cycle when commence 10mg daily?

Looks good I'd would add s4 and Oxandrovar too though. . Get sarms at sarms1 for best quality and value

Im not running s4, used it previously, great sarm but sides were far too intense for me even at 50mg, sarms1 is potent shit!! No ph for me, have Anavar here, may run that later pending how I'm traveling though......
