Question with the yohiflame do you apply before working out or in the am when you wake up? Also can i apply yohiflame as many times i want throughtout the day?

The best time to apply is right after your shower, for best absorption. I wouldn't apply it more than twice per day
i like to apply it right before i do cardio.as soon as you start to sweat it will absorb nice.
yes 12 weeks is fine.
