I just started doing pressing motions again due to a bicep tendon impingement/shoulder issue I've been dealing with the last two months.
No flat bench, decline only, not going to continue trying to flat bench when its done nothing but cause issues the last year off and on for me.
First time back go fairly light, keeping it at 205 lbs. Next time go up to 245 lbs and hit that 3 times. Tonight I hit 315 lbs for two clean reps. My third time back pressing in about two and a half months. I had never even ATTEMPTED this weight before, let alone even gotten a clean rep. WTF is going on. Seriously...WTF is going on?!?!?!
I know that doesn't seem like much weight but to me its a milestone! All of this on a fast day no less training at 9pm after not eating since 6:30pm yesterday and only taking a protein shake prior...
Anyone saying SARMS don't work is full of shit cause that's the only explanation I got...
