A lot of different factors come into this, two people at the same bf% can look VERY different, skin tone, muscular development, bloat, prominence of certain muscle groups... My best guess is 14-16% but your best bet, if it matters to you is to get a hydrostatic test, if that seems extreme find someone who's been properly trained with calipers and get them to do it, but what it boils down to is either you're ripped as fuck or you have some work to do... And you can tell which from the mirror...

15% area.. i say this because you can see your abs and your stomach is flat. but i think its interesting you are holding more fat in other areas of your body which is odd for a male. if i just went by your stomach you would be 13% or even less.

you need to focus on building mass, you don't have much muscle mass at all which is why you only weight what you weight at your height

Thanks for the answers

The fact I'm losing more fat in the belly area could be because is the place where I'm shooting hgh or the fat loss should be uniform?

I'm already eating clean and I'm working out 7 days and cardio 3 days a week don't know what could I do to increase fat loss.

How down can HGH make your body fat %? I'm on hgh since August. Is it possible to get to 10% in 2 months from now, if I keep up this work?

^^^ no guys and gals store fat in certain areas.

most men store fat in the glute, thights and yes the stomach.

i do not believe where you are injecting has any affect on it.

why are you using HGH? i don't feel its necessary at all. a simple fix of your diet and training would be the proper way to proceed. i can tell by your pics you do not work your legs very much or at all.. your upper legs are smaller than your lower legs!! need to hit the squats, deads, cleans, etc. if you want to release growth hormone thats the way to do it.. you don't need HGH at your age!

I'm 31 yo and I got prescription from my endocrinologist for anti-aging treatment under request and some other benefits that hgh can provide for MS patients. i was having 2ui at beginning, now I'm having 6ui ed. And due to the amazing well being felling it provides I'm thinking about stay on it indefinitely...
And I do work out legs once a week, should I work more than that?

^^^^ does MS affect your workouts?

Makes you tired and weaker and hgh was to help with that mainly, coz i was not able to make exercises anymore. Also to help improve recuperation of lesions while in remission. Some dr. Claim that might even avoid relapses in a certain extend when combined with a proper diet which I'm following.

well I don't know your situation bro with the MS but here is a simple leg workout to play with

aim for 6 reps of each, and don't go heavy you aren't ready to go heavy yet. focus on proper form over going heavy.

4 sets deadlifts
4 sets squats
4 sets cleans
4 sets calves
4 sets front of lower leg

and yes work your legs every 5 days or so. a lot of guys neglect leg day cause its HARD .. worst thing you can do

Why type of MS is it.. my dad has it and cant walk without the aid of crutches. I might look into HGH for him

My type is Relapsing-remitting, I would highly recommend to him to speak with his doc, it made wonders for me. Even the sight of my left eye that I have lost 90% of the vision, is improving amazingly, I can read again with my left eye, thing all doctors told me would be practically impossible! But besides the HGH a gluten free diet is very important to control relapses of the disease, I'm following Paleo diet life stile, since a few months and I think is helping a lot just one month after cutting all the crap foods I was used to eat I could already notice life improvements.

BTW thanks stevesmi for the help I will put in practice the legs workout u gave me, I appreciate!

Man if I could run 6 ius of growth I would blast grams of test. And slin.

Actually I'm running as well, my Neurologist didn't prescribe me, coz she can't, but after lecturing me about pros and cons she said; if I really would want to take it, wouldn't make my disease any worse and actually it's used in some cases, recent study shows that high levels of testosterone was associated with less disability and better cognitive outcomes in patients with recent-onset relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis.

So I'm vouched by my docs for Test and HGH...

Hi guys, it's me again, just to know if I'm in the right path, did anything change? What would you say about my bf%?

Even dieting I gain a bit of weight, so I was afraid I'm getting fatter, I try with a Caliper, but really doesn't seem very accurate the numbers I got!

So once again I could use someone with this kind of expertise, what would your experience tell you?

Thanks

Looks to me like your 15-17% bodyfat. You need to put on some upper body mass, legs looking great.

Here is a nice little nutrition guide I made for you based on your stats.

Enjoy!

your legs are huge compared to your upper body.

i guess my leg workout worked for you.. now you gotta balance things out and start working your upper body more.

Yeah, that was a nice workout u gave me I always feel the pump :D

What should I do with the upper part? I work out legs once every 5 days and the remaining days are focused to the upper body parts and I'm working out 7 days a week... Don't know what could I do to increase upper body mass, I guess I just have good genetics for legs, they were always quite big even without working out!

^^^ go on muscle-research.com and find my push and pull workout articles i put up in the articles section

you need to be working out push, pull, legs atleast once a week each. otherwise you aren't gonna improve as much as you could. and start eating better. oatmeal was nice enough to put something for you

No, but I wouldn't put you under 15%. I would focus on gaining muscle mass. You can cut down later.

Eat clean, exercise right, and you won't add much fat. What I gave you is a reference to go by. If you think you are gaining to much fat then lower the calories slightly.
